We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling that has legal effects on you.
4. Who we share your data with
We share personal data only when it is needed for your service or required by law:
Armenian public authorities — such as the Migration and Citizenship Service, the State Register of Legal Entities, the State Revenue Committee, the Police and other competent bodies — when we file applications on your behalf;
banks in Armenia, when you ask us to help open a personal or business account;
notaries, licensed accountants, lawyers and sworn translators we work with to complete your case, who are bound by professional confidentiality;
service providers that help us run the Website and our business: hosting, email delivery, payment processing and messaging platforms (WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram) when you choose to contact us there;
authorities or courts, when the law requires it, or to protect our rights.
Each recipient receives only the data it needs.
5. International transfers
Our team and most of our partners are in Armenia. Some service providers (for example hosting, email and messaging platforms) may process data in other countries. When data leaves Armenia — or the EU/EEA for EU visitors — we use providers with appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent protections.
6. How long we keep your data
Contact form messages and enquiries: up to 24 months after our last communication, unless they lead to a service.
Client case files and documents: for as long as the service lasts, plus the period needed to handle renewals, follow-up questions and legal claims (normally up to 5 years after the service ends). Copies of identity documents are deleted earlier when no longer needed.
Orders, invoices and accounting records: for the period required by Armenian tax and accounting law.
Client accounts: until you ask us to close your account.
Server logs and security data (such as IP addresses): for a short period, normally not longer than 12 months.
7. Cookies
The Website uses only the cookies it needs to work:
login cookies — keep you signed in to your client account;
shopping cart and session cookies — remember the services in your cart and complete your order;
comment cookies (optional) — remember your name and email for future comments;
security cookies and tokens — protect forms against spam and abuse.
If we add analytics or marketing cookies in the future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where the law requires it. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but some features, such as signing in or checking out, may stop working.
8. Links to other websites and platforms
The Website links to WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram and other websites. When you use those services, their own privacy policies apply. We are not responsible for how they handle your data.
9. How we protect your data
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, restricted staff access, spam and brute-force protection on forms, regular updates and confidentiality agreements with our partners. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work hard to protect your information.
10. Your rights
Depending on the law that applies to you, you have the right to:
access the personal data we hold about you and get a copy;
correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
delete your data when it is no longer needed or when you withdraw consent, unless we must keep it by law;
restrict or object to certain processing;
data portability — receive your data in a commonly used format;
withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting earlier processing.
You can update your name, email and password yourself in My account → Account details. To use any other right, email info@migratearmenia.com. We will reply within 30 days and may ask you to confirm your identity first.
If you believe your rights have been violated, you can complain to the Personal Data Protection Agency of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia. If you are in the EU/EEA or UK, you can also contact your local data protection authority.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows the latest version. For significant changes, we will place a notice on the Website or email clients with active accounts.
